I know what you mean about scratches on plastic, but glass is heavier.
What is/are rectolites?
A few in my family use the links below, I only use specs for close up work and on the laptop so i use ready specs types but i am about to get my eyes tested properly as it can identify other eye or health issues.

she's never looked back
I wasn't saying a dustman shouldn't have a bmw, to be honest I think bmw's are **** and wouldn't sugest my wife have one. However you don't need A level or spend 4 years at university or one years on the job training before being qualified. You also don't need to pay personal insurance or to continue training to be a dustman. The job I do did not need such training or qualifications to do hence I am paid half of what my wife earns, while I would love to earn more I am not jealous of what she earns.
No ......… it was all down to being in a cervical spinal brace & having a wooden leg .Don't like the sound of that, can't you sue?
You try comparing your high end prescription online and you will get a similar price. The advertising makes it seem cheap but as in varifocals tints and antiscratch etc and you will be surprised how expensive those cheap 30 quid glasses soon become.Absolutely. If you can buy specs on special offer 2 for £30 or £40 then they must be.
I buy ready-readers at between £1 and £5 a throw.
But when there are a choice of 3 ranges just for varifocals that 120 means nothing to be honest...Asda £120 for 2 pairs.
Now that is nice to know....It depends on where you buy them from. Daughter works for Boots opticians and says my titanium variofocal reactolite specs would cost far more from her than the £190 I paid from Adsa for the idential frame.
The problem with laser surgery is that it doesn't stop your eyesight changing so its possible that your eyesight will change with age and you will need glasses.
I started wearing glasses at 15 due to shortsightedness, as I've aged my eyesight changed so when I got to about 38 my eyesight had gone back to normal and I didn't need glasses. However as I've got older my sight has become more longsighted so back to wearing glasses.Good thing I never had the surgery I considered at 23 otherwise I would be hugely longsighted now.

My brother ordered a cheap and nasty pair from them to mount in his VR headset. When they arrived he preferred them to his normal pair.
Very good service and delivery is faster than they claim.
Is it based in America or UK.
Customers must email a photo of their eye test results then?
Sometimes they are hand written and not the easiest to read, in the same way as doctor's scripts are not always clear.
