Roberts may have been top notch in the past, but they have been in decline for some time - but their prices haven't!!! I've bought them in the past but doubt if I will again.I too have had problems with a Roberts DAB radio every few months it won’t tune and has to be put back to the factory reset position to restore it to use. Considering the cost of a supposed premium brand it’s very annoying.
I listen to my Internet Radio a lot (it connects to my Router by wifi and hence to the internet). There are supposed to be 30,000 stations streaming in all kinds of niche areas; one plays Beatles 24/7. I listen a Florida-based station called "Soft Classic Rock" and pretend it's 1974 again

DAB seems useful in the car, where it will search and find the strongest transmitter for whatever station you are listening to; cannot recall whether FM radios could do that or not?
