do you just cut at 15 degrees and flip the pipe 180 cut again and you got one piece of the puzzle. Somehow my head made me thing you needed to cut at 7.5 and flip 180.. I don't know.. just ordered the rage 2 355m TCT choping saw for making some intercooler piping for my car.

A 'plane of bend' tool makes things easier/faster, example here... http://www.stakesys.co.uk/product/plane_of_bend_indicator_bracket/ which is used with an angle indicator as here or a level when pie cutting/fishmouthing tube
