Bandsaw is the most versatile, quietest and cheap to run but falls down on speed and portability. Abrasive saw... noisy, messy, not particularly accurate and cutting capacity is reduced as the blade is used. TCT chopsaw... accurate, portable, very fast but noisy and blades (while long lasting and resharpenable) are pricey and relatively fragile
For hollow sections i would go for the TCT saw everytime- unless i had a LOT of stainless to cut
Cuts made with a Dewalt saw and general purpose 80T blade (saw sharpening blokes 'own brand')...

Stainless, titanium, mild and aluminium. All as cut. The Al example is a bit rough due to the speed it was cut at- took less than 10secs
