My shogun decided to spit the crank pulley out yesterday.
Long and short of it is the threads m14 1.5pitch are fooked, I have cleaned up the crank snout.
Now I plan to drill the M14 out to 14.5mm and then tap it to M16x1.5 and use a VAG, Honda or Isuzu crank bolt.
Its a bit of a pain because to drill straight on I need to either cut the front slam pannel out or drop the engine off its mounts
