Cold.....I fitted 6 bushes and 2 shocks on an M3 today.....you young uns, no stamina...lolIt's all reassembled on my bench now, just needs a new belt and chuck.
Hopefully the taper is okay and a new Chuck will sort it out.
I may have to build some kind of stand too, it's taking up too much of my bench at the moment. I haven't really done anything with it as I've been busy with school and too cold to go outside.

My lad was in a T shirt and I had t shirt . Sweat shirt and fleece on as the wind was bitter and gusting. LolKeep us updated.

Or stick a 3 phase motor on as Maker already has a VFD I think.That's a really nice drill but it is let down by the range of speeds. With the lowest speed being 950 rpm the largest size you can theoretically drill in mild steel is 8mm!It's probably designed for use with aluminium. wood or plastic. You could look into getting a different set of pulleys to get the speed into a more useable range.
