Indeed, just makes me want to rip it all out now even more. The only problem is there's only 7 days in each week

Bet your glad you found that now and not later when it failed during a urgent production run.
Just re do it all as you get a chance.
If there is anything else you are not sure about you could always down rate a MCB till you can change.
I have a few circuits on C10 RCBO's haven't had any nuisance tripping with then on anything but they have tripped before a 13a fuse in a few fault conditions.

only advice I would add. for each of your cnc machines, add a dedicated earth return, at leasta size up on the feed wire sizes, makes for a "clean" install, less chance of noise to the controller, and if your linking the controllers(dnc links), keep the ethernet well away from any heavy power feeds
