Weve always found it easier to saw longer lengths over cropping, buy the time you've got a wibbly bit of bar through and hit the touch cut, machine has cycled...you could have sawn 2.

done simalar cutting chores, i'd try stacking them on top of each other as high as the bandsaw jaws would allow, tack them together at the far end to keep them all in line,

proably have to make a few rough guides to help support them, and putting a piece of wood in the bandsaws vice helps grip multipul rounds , angels and pritty much whatever

1600 pieces at 12.7 seconds a piece is less than 6 hours work on the coldsaw.

Mind numbing tedium I know, but I do constant session of 3-4 hours cutting each week on my coldsaw. All you have to do is set up with everything close by, keep your movements smooth and minimal, turn the radio up and just get on with it

you chould allways arrage a compotion, buy in 16 or 32 cheep hacksaws, a crate of beer as a prize, for the first one to cut 50 or 100 lengths......

I've cut them in bundles before by putting ratchet straps around the bundle and then tacking the end as Steve suggested.
If I am using punched bars though I crop on the Mubea and loose the deformed end in the thickness of the punched bar.

The stockists often have power feed to work To stops
I don't know what they are like round your parts though

We had one of those bandsaws in the firm i worked at several years back,
the counter could bet set for up to 1000 cuts,
It had powered rollers in the vice which self clamped again once the material touched the microswitched stop,
Worked fantastic on square and flat sections as you could g-clamp several pieces together and cut to up to a few thousand if they were real small bits.

If doing enough, make one...?
I'm thinking an oxy/acet track cutter altered to hold a plasma torch. Pieces to be cut laid on a bench, side by side up to a stop, press the button. Then slide them all along for the next cut and press the button again. Should be dead simple to make?

If you want to fit up railheads or insert into holes in the rails I think plasma is a non starter. Specially handling 6 Mtr plus and chopping the sheared ends off

Just got to figure time against buying cut I recon

About 20 years ago I traveled to Daganham to buy an auto feed bandsaw but ended falling in love with a lathe and bought that instead! The bandsaw was all air operated and looked a bit tricky to recommission but I often wonder how my life would have been up to this point if I had just bought that saw...
Lathe has paid for itself several fold and then some but the time to invest in a bandsaw is long overdue.
With some wood or rubber in the jaws and tacked ends I can see the bandsaw cutting a bundle of 4 ok and a simple top clamp should be easy to make to work on fixed size.
