What sort of cost is cleaning a small bungalow roof with a power washer by the way?

To many variables to quote unseen bud, factors include tile type, severity of moss growth, access to all sides of building and are there any out buildings below such as conservatory's etc as the clean up is 50% of the job. When I get the 6x6 running and the cherry picker mounted on it I was planning on running an airline, pressure washer line and small armoured cable up the boom to the basket.

You need a flexibl cable for that, not armoured cable as it will break with repeated bending.
