@Kayos
I have a OM10 for most of my pictures. Boots will put them on a CD or a Memory stick.
But for speed I use a digital camera.
Yeah mine was tiny, I got 128db CF cardParent's had one, also came with a PC Package from Tiny (IIRC)
Dad bought a 10Mb CF card from Jessops for £40 odd... (!!)
Irfanview can read and convert the .KDC files into more common formats.
I remember it was maybe, sony made a very similar camera that would store the images straight onto a 1.4mb floppy disk.
Even at 2 mega pixels surely if you got 4 pics on a 1.4mb disc it can't have been at its highest qualityi had one sony Mavica you could get either 4 or 6 pictures to a floopy disc sure it was 2.0 mega pixals

The dc120 produced very good picsMassive pixel counts aren't the be all and end all.
I had a 12MP compact, but because of the lense quality (or lack thereof) it was 12MP of crap for every image.
Really, the dc120 discussed above gave better images that could be printed bigger and better.
Now, I have a couple of compacts (around 5-7 MP) that give reasonable results and are good for snaps, my phone does alright (depending on lighting) and a couple of digi SLRs for 'decent' pics.
Still have a load of my 35mm stuff, but it hasn't been touched for years now and isn't likely to be unless I get a digiSLR body that's compatible with the lenses.
Film is just too expensive for me to justify when I was getting maybe 10 usable shots off a roll (bracketing and chancing shots) - with a memory card it feels less wrong...

Just found my CF card and the USB adaptor seems my memory is on its way out the card was 512mb not 128 I posted previously, the adaptor saved all the hassle of plugging the camera into the pc and was a much quicker transferView attachment 98821
Now you've just reminded me I've got one of those aswell as my lighting desk uses them to back up your programming and as you can see the CF is 128mb soooo my memory was partly right the 128mb was after all for the cameraUSB?
Posh git - I had a cf-pcmcia adaptor for mine![]()
The cybershot i had one of those in fact still have it, kept it as a spare but never needed to use it got some laughs using the face warp featuremy first digital camera, was a 1.2 Mega Pixel Fuji camera, when I decided that I needed to upgrade it, I did the obvious thing and bought a new phone, I bought a Sony Ericsson K800i, as this was a 3.2mega pixel camera. I'm still using theses phones nearly 10 years later. what sold it to me as a camera was that it still had a proper xenon flash, rather than using LED's. its still the only camera I have and I've always used it at vga (640 x 480 resolution)
I spent quite a while looking for a used EOS m3, I gave up in the end and bought a mint EOS M with zoom lens and flash for £150. Yes focus can be a bit slow in low contrast which causes a bit of lag but for the money it is stunningly good and will out perform my 5D mk1 in low light. The 5D cost over £1200 body only now it is worth what £200 ? Hay Ho.I am looking at getting a new digital, EOS-M I think, SLR sensor in a compact case and can use an adaptor for above (and quite a few more) FD lenses I have, that unless you get them fully converted don't play well on EOS bodies, and if I did that I couldn't use it on my FD bodies

My first, camera, was a Kodak DC20. It was free from someone who bought it and decided it was worth spending a grand on a better one.
The DC20 resolution was something like 480x360.
