I thought I had better start a thread on my new mill. I have checked the serial number and it was in fact made in 1964, so a bit newer than I originally thought.
The belts were a bit ropy so I ordered some new ones. It had to be drained of oil for shipping and I just ordered 5 litres of ISO 100 that should arrive tomorrow.
Here it is on the pallet ready for dispatch from the previous owner.
It has the newer gearbox allowing up to 2800rpm. Single phase motor with reversing function.
Once I have moved it into its place in my workshop, I will take lots of pics
I am looking forward to using it
