This is our grumpy fker, out door cat and a great mouser too. Being an out door cat they akways have a thick coat which gets everywhere, not really a cat lover as its more the wifes but you got to admire these creatures for being able to survive with nothing. Soon as its dusk he comes alive and goes missing all night on patrol.

I always fed/cared for the stray cats that turn in my workshop yard.

Built them cat houses - lined with straw for winter.

Been collecting bits of plywood and offcuts of kingspan - with a view to build a double walled shelter - for the other end of the yard. Got a bit of 1.0mm galv sheet metal to make the roof out of.

My wife is feeling the cold now back from Cyprus. Our holiday included buying cat treats and going a walk at night to feed the strays

Ha ha ha, You’re as soft as us. We did exactly the same when we were in Corsica last year. We then ended up supporting them though a charity that my wife found !

I've still got a hole in my thumb nail growing through where one of the hotel strays in Rhodes savaged my hand!
