How is the outside ramp working for you?
I thought about this myself in the past.
A mate of mine installed a four-post ramp outside his workshop some years ago and I figured it would get hardly any use just because of the inconvenience of being outside. I used it quite a lot as it turned out, weather didn't make much difference as the main reason I was using the ramp was to do stuff on the car. If you're in a very exposed area where rain would blow under the ramp, hanging some tarpaulin around the edges would probably sort it.
I really want one of these scissor lifts, but it's a big thing to have around. My mate's outside ramp really helped me out in some jobs, and even jobs that don't need a ramp were generally made much easier. It's just whether I can justify spending the money, though I was looking at one of those that uses a drill to raise and lower it rather than a proper hydraulic one.
