so this month i have been busy making a new oak framed car port.
this was to replace an old and very bodged together one,
here is a pic of the original carport
the first jobs was to make the legs and fit them into the cross member
and once one section was finished
then i started to remove the old car port and build the new oak structure
and then the oak rafters were cut and put on
next was to place boards on the roof, but to make this look better i used a membrane under the boards
new was to felt the roof
the attach guttering and do some small finishing touches
