Butters 45k-Gen Kompressor problem

Hello all,had this for a few years an worked fine,but recently it gets through tips fairly quick an won't stay cutting,it just stops arcing after a second or so,checked earth,bought new tips an still no better.
Had a look inside torch an looks ok so opened it up,found the blue air pipe kinked slightly but not totally otherwise i'm lost,here's a few pics if they help,cheers Dan

looks like the arc is burning back on the tip...check your air psi

does it have a working pressure gauge...iff not then find out its working pressure and get a gauge somehow linked from the internal pump or from the blue pipe at the torch head end

looks like that blue pipe has heat damage as does the thicker black one

I might aswell cut all wires just behind damage an re-fix from fresh

if the air pipe is kinked and causing an air restriction it could be your problem so worth trying a fix for that first

Cut the air pipe at kink then re-attached,now it cuts anything,thanks people,fingers crossed although new tip isn't gunna last that long by looks of it

it may also be worth removing the head of the compressor and check the reed valves are still in one piece and that they are clean if not they will reduce the amount of are produced
