Budget hard wearing trailer tyres

I'd avoid DyeYung type tyres. I've used Hankook and Kumho caravan tyres on my caravan and trailer. Both have been excellent.

The last Kumhos I bought last year, 175 65 14c were around the £50 mark fitted. I'll keep them on the caravan for 5 years then swap them onto the trailer. They don't ever see enough use to be worn out, just change them based on age for safety.

After suffering numerous burst wheels on my car transporter using car tyres I fitted a set of 8 ply Hankook van tyres, not had a flat since.

Hankook tyres for me too. Supplied by my MOT tester.

Weren't budget, but neither is the trailer or the car I might have on it.
