Budget hard wearing trailer tyres

Anybody any recommendations please.
165/80/13s up to £60 each

I've googled & looked at the usual places -asda & black circles- but don't recognise any of the brands and none of the usual measures apply, don't care about grip, fuel economy, noise - they're on a trailer, I want something tough that's barely going to ware

Bear in mind that trailer tyres hardly wear anyway, they are likely to be splitting before they are worn down.
And you say you don't care about grip, if your trailer has brakes you should care, unless it's only going to go 30mph max ever.
Camskill are good.

I actually got my caravan tyres from Asda, which are the same as trailer tyres. Had them fitted at local Halfords as part of the Asda deal. Got Nankang which I wouldn't normally touch for a car, but the ratings were good and seem OK so far.

Am I missing something, on the Asda site I'm not seeing any differentiation between car/van tyres and anything else. I was hoping for about 900kg load rating

Our workshops bought in cheap trailer tyres. Not worth it, they don’t last long at all

After suffering numerous burst wheels on my car transporter using car tyres I fitted a set of 8 ply Hankook van tyres, not had a flat since.

Sailun are pretty good for the money.
I tend to buy part worns whenever I can though. Don't know why people are against them - you don't immediately change the tyres on a used car after all.

Yup, I have an old tire machine and buy used tires.
FWIW as said above, trailer tires many times die from cracking (UV light)
You could try covering them maybe with some tarps or other cover (a feed bag) I see car body shops have heavy canvas ones for painting.

My tyres are Nankang TR-10. You are right, there is no "tyre type" on Asda Tyres or Black Circles for trailer tyres. However, using google I can find the tyres on the Asda site. But it doesn't show what category they are in! I tried looking under van tyres and it comes up, but there are also many other tyres that I assume are not trailer tyres listed.

I'd avoid DyeYung type tyres. I've used Hankook and Kumho caravan tyres on my caravan and trailer. Both have been excellent.
