BT don't keep a record of the position but do know if its a modern master socket (NTE5) fitted. Voltage is 48-50 volts DC rising to 75 volts on ringing. You can buy everything on line including "jelly crimps" if you need to run a new cable from the outside.
Of course it breaks your contract terms and conditions to touch anything above the current master socket.![]()
