Yeah. Can't grumble. Cheap del, decent price on steel and a good service too. Definitely getting my custom from now on. Rarely place massive orders so the delivery charge from others negates the cheaper price on the steel.

Do you know if that's exclusive to account holders? Don't recall seeing anything about it when I was on the website.

im waiting on a delivery from them, cant find anyone online that is cheaper than them and they sell in proper lengths rather tan 3M lengths or shorter so i can cut what i need from it rather than needing 2 lengths and having to weld bits on to get it long enough

They do carry 3 & 4m lengths in certain sizes which can be handy sometimes, especially on bigger sections.

You can simply walk in and do a cash sale at the counter.

I have an account with them and if you shop around ie get a price from K Steels, Advanced steel or say John Chorleys, Brundles will price match and still give me 90 days to pay

Yes you need to keep them all in the know that cheapest guy gets it
Sometimes I pay more from another just to keep the cheapest sharp
I am sure they all know the competitions price structures
K steel are the only people I won't use now I gave them a good size order and they messed around with it.
I remember too so if the rep comes calling again he better be darn good at his job because broken promises get remembered

I had some 50x50x3 box off them the other day. Paid £22 including vat for a 7.5m length.

I pay £14-85 a length (That's obviously trade price and we buy tonnes of steel), so they are still making on 22 quid, but that is very good for Joe Public.

Anyhow I have just been trying to get Component costs down on railheads and bushes today by bulk buying and they never bothered phoning me back so all branches ain't equal this was st Helens which seems to be my nearest

I xall the st gelens branch and find them to be a cracking bunch. The 2 women, Jackie and Leslie are a lovely pair and Mathew is more than helpful. Sometimes if i donthave time i can send a sketch of say a key clamp handrail system and he will work out just what i need and quote me for it

Yes I don't deal with them you see so no familiarity there. Suppose they could of seen me as a competitor shopping thier minimum prices.
Just not much of a forgiving sort at times

Just noticed my spelling, sorry i was outside with freezing fingers. Back in the office now.
There is one guy that works there who can come across a bit arrogant but i dont generally speak to him that much thankfully
