Not sure but I think you have to have the first section as vitreous enamel single wall flue?? not sure if the twin wall can take the temperatures close to the stove, might be worth checking

I think I'm okay, the system has a "stove adapter" so that's suggesting it's happy.

Back to the TV/monitor.

I bought a cheap swing away mount and ditched most of it, leaving the arm and hinges.

Some cutting and welding later I've a very sturdy slim bracket. It needs a bit of additional steel, mainly so that I can pick up on the bolts that attach to the wagon frame, but I think I'm nearly there. Not as slim as I'd like, but nothing as deep as the commercial offerings.

The flue arrived, I think it will work out nicely. I'm hoping to fit this on Friday.

I am reluctant to cut up good work, which is what the stove needs to have the flue through the wall. So this is hard for me.

But the stove pipe needed shortening, and I've had to cut the bash panels too.

Next the wall itself. Eeech.

remember you need a hole bigger than that flue pipe

with insulation or an air break between the flue

so for a 6" pipe you need a hole 8" wide so you have an 1" either side of the flue pipe

Árse. The thru wall piece is way too short. I've ordered a new piece but it's going to set me back until that arrives. I'll work on the TV instead.

Plenty clearance, which I'll stuff with heat resistant adhesive.

And, moving on to the TV monitor. I bought a thinner dock, which has helped. Getting all this in is tricky, but I think doable. Certainly, turning the dock around and hiding behind the plasterboard has helped.

This is the start of the outside stack support, and the bash panel finisher.

I'll tie this in with a piece of scrap angle to the steel along the top. Then design something based on the standard bracket to support the stack. Probably curving around the gutter. Not sure about the gutter, it might have to be cut. Hopefully not.

i used angle iron for mine just to hold the chimney square even with 2 screws in it its solid

this link shows how i did it and what i used the single bar is still used but its also balanced with the angle iron and that chimney is balanced strong enough not to be blown over

Stove flue exit ?

I want abetter heater for the workshop and as the cheapo diesel heater is naff in here i have thought about going to a multifuel stove, either made or fettle the one i have, or even bub another. I just cant work out how high the flue has to be where i want it to exit. a in diagram. if against...

That's sort of the plan.

The inside bits of the flue are done, and sealed.

National chimney supplies delivered the extra piece within 24 hours, excellent service.

The outside is okay so far, I've a bracket from the manufacturer that I will bodge to fit, it will have to be supported from the wagon frame around the eaves to the upright.

Some scrap angle, with surplus holes filled.

Drilled to match the bolt pattern for the panels inside.

And the frame tapped to take a threaded stud for the lower brace.

The plan is to design and assemble all this tomorrow, then disassemble for painting. I'll work on the weatherproofing while the paint dries.

from your second pic your going to have to build out then up to support the bottom of that piece

whilst it should be a tee for easy clean outs and a cap bottom

its too high its why i warned you of this

the next support is going to fasten to your apex point on your roof and your best using 2 poles to the pipe bracket to support it

because mine is much lower i get 2 supports in half way up which you could have gotten and also where your are now where your hole is

but it meant going through your wall early

Thanks! No need for a tee, I'll remove the stack to clean the flue. Same amount of bolts.

I think this will work. I'll weld the outriggers to the cover, and brace off the wagon angle/tee with some light angle. Then go up six inches with flat to the collar for the stove pipe.

Lots of fabrication and paint. But tidy and strong.

you only need to support it grab hold of it at the bottom of the straight piece

an angle iron support to the outside piece at an agle from that bottom piece and 2 angle irons from the top part out to create the frame use a bolt grab lock sort of like a circlip when bolted it will grab hold of the tube for you and hold it tight in place

3mm 1" angle iron is enough to hold it and support it

Anyway, the bracket from the chimney people isn't magnetic. So I had a rummage in my scrap haul

And found some ideal brackets.

However, they do weld, so are now vertical brackets!

Paint drying, so hopefully I can do the wall sealing now.
