Im a big fan of KIS…..We do have a habit of over complexification espescially with the help of mind numbinly boring utube videos that take longer to explain a simple task than actually doing it.Just the simple principle of KISS, really. ‘




managed the other side relatively fine although the retaining screw was still tight, then back to the broken side tried welding on a nut a few times struggled to get the nut welded right in to the treads they kept breaking off, after that tried building up the head of the screw cutting a slot in it and using a impact driver on it got it to move 25-30 degrees then it tightens back up again, tried going back and forth with it but couldnt get it anymore undone and gave up, absolute pita to align the disk as its not hub centric took it for a test drive cant feel any weird wobbles/judders so likely revisit this when the wheel bearing gives out from the hammering
