Maybe the case but as I’ve said in just over 2y I have used them wirelessly for at the very least 2500h and they still worked fine and will continue to work fine once I get a new bolt for it.

My point was for a £200 pair of headphones they should send you a 1p screw, how companies treat their customers is very important

I was highlighting that Senheiser sent out some quite expensive parts, admittedly the 650's are more than £200 but not enough alone to warrant the different attitude to customer care

What size screws are used in spectacles? You can get repairs kits from a pound shop , I can’t measure mine without taking the glasses to pieces and them I wouldn’t be able to see to measure them

Bose have always been good with aviation head sets can't help enough, not that I like them not enough passive damping
