Blackline 200 gasless welding set up

I can no longer do such things so in March I am selling all my workshop content. I will message you when I am home. It will do one last job on the Defender but I have to wait for the chap to come and do the work.

Following a good chat with @sako243 on here, I think I am going to get one of these Blackline 200 Migs. Before I do I just wanted to ask - are you getting satisfactory welds on gasless now you have sorted the polarity out and presumably, reversing polarity hasnt affected the welder at all? I only ask the latter question as one of the users in @8ob review here - https://www.mig-welding.co.uk/forum/threads/blackline-200-amp-mig-mag-mma-arc-welder.94372/ seemed to suggest that he was told that his wire feed issues were due to the fact that he had reversed polarity when the instructions say not to and somehow damaged the welder?

Hi there, yes it's all good. The flux core brand seems to make a massive difference. I first tried Super 6 and it was cr*p. I bought a bottle of mig gas recently though as I find it so hard to see the weld with flux core. I bought the blackline due to the apparent ability to get spares and parts from Rally Design.
