Looks like its double pass. Don't know of anyone that braze aluminium frames.

Now it´s in the watertank to get rid of the flux.
Then alignmentcheck and it´s finished.
what miller are you using there?
nice I have the 200 but it is having HF start problems how it the HF on that oneDynasty 350
I know, totally overdose but it was so amazing cheap, I had to buy it!
These where the first jobs I did with the machine, so I have to get used to it.
Such a nice interface if you compare it to some fronius or Kemppi welders.
I know very little about bicycle frames but I do know that despite the material type it’s all relatively thin walled tube.Maybe multypass welds are not a big issue if the whole frame is tempered after the welding like the 6061T6 Cannondale frames?

Why on earth would any one want to mult pass weld on them. I need enlightening here because I cannot see a single advantage that, that could possibly add to the frame.
I can see one or two negatives from doing it mind.
