https://www.gov.uk/guidance/new-rul...70d-b99b-382387f0e460&utm_content=immediatelyWhat changed on 16 December 2021
If you passed your car driving test from 1 January 1997, you’re now allowed to tow trailers up to 3,500kg MAM.
DVLA will update your driving licence record to show that you’re allowed to tow trailers. You’ll get category BE added to your driving licence when you get a new photocard driving licence.
Do not need to contact DVLA for this to happen. It will be done automatically.
If you passed your car driving test before 1 January 1997, you are not affected by the change.
Try looking up commodity codes for customs. Obviously dreamt up by civil servants around the World with no clue. Our government never cease to amaze me with their incompetence.
It was just a few years ago I'd have just assumed that some very clever people knew exactly what they were doing... How naive was I![]()
Non assumpsit doesn’t mean anything to do with assumptions!! I really wish you would stop spouting legal mumbo jumbo - whenever you post something it’s like Del Boys french - sounds fancy but has no relation to what you think it meansFirst miatake, you assumed, never assume anything hence the lawful and legal maxim of non assumpsit.
Undoubtedly there were some very clever people who knew exactly what they were doing, they just didn't work for the Government though.
Mange tout Rodney, Mange tout….
Bonnet de douche, as they say in legal circles.Yet another topic you know nothing about, but are prepared to spout your dismissive rhetoric about with dubuious foundations.
