Thinking where I can add a brush, would a stiff toothbrush facing the blade do the job? There is one inside on the drive roller but not on blade.
Stripped and cleaned the pivot, threadlocked the bolt and tightened it up and its much better but still cutting about 7 degrees ****** but very improved. Made 8 cuts in the 40mm2 bar blade still sharp.
