I ended up having a tooth out last week. Thats 3 gone now 
He had a sweat on trying to pull that one out!
My trouble is when i was very young, i was allergic to milk, cheese, yoghurt etc, all the stuff you need to grow healthy teeth.
And the other thing that really messed it up, extrastrong mints. My last dentist reckons that they are the worse thing for damaging teeth.

You've saved that much Paul you should be considering giving up work & drinking full time on a yacht in Monaco.... surrounded by scantily clad women; maybe Ratty would like to join you? She could stick one of her sculptures on the foredeck & charge the likes of Eddie Irvine 50 grand a time! (for the sculptures you understand).

I'm really lucky to only have lost one. I used to live on sweet stuff, have 3 sugars in a tea and when we were kids we were given sweets or sugar lumps to go to bed with!!!
I do have a very good dentist who I trust 100% but who charges a fortune for work . He quoted me £400+ for a bridge and £3000 for an implant and that was a while ago!! 3k for one sodding tooth!!! If it wasn't so near the front I woudn't bother with it but it's very visible.

I'm trying to work out if it's rhyming slang, but I can't make anything fit "au pair"
Swedish implants ('Branemark') the best money can buy (apparently). Bone augmentation (the addition of artificial bone material in the form of granules) is done when you have insufficient bone density to support an implant and a sinus lift (which I can give you a blow by blow account of as I watched it being done - most extraordinary piece of skill I've witnessed) if there's not enough bone depth in the top jaw to take an implant..literally the sinus is lifted and the gap filled with artificial bone.
