They used to hand over a bin of broken tools and be given replacements. So it wasn't costing them.can any one say what happens to broken snapon stuff (and dont say it gets thrown away)
im assuming the blokes on the vans get a replacment for any they have to replace or do there supplyers just expect them to take it on the chin and exept the loss ?
When the snap-on man was a bloke we knew he replaced anything handed to him without question.
That's why I couldn't understand the relucatance of the bloke to replace my twisted allen key.
