I've just searched, and I'd say it could fall under 85 15 80 90, which has a duty rate of 2.7%.
Most common machinery seems to have duty of 2.2 to 2.7%, certainly most CNC machines are 2.7%.
Just tying this duty up and you are bang on with this code.
The good part? Since Jan this code has dropped to 0%!
The laser is 7-14 days out apparently, the ship hits port on Thursday.
