Anyone know about CAV injector pumps?

Bundy Bears shed did a CAV pump overhaul a few years ago, may be of use.

He has a good way of explaining things in a simple way.

Here ya go, I laid out my pump on fresh paper for the rebuild and cleaned everything really well, you have to be careful and methodical but its possible to diy it if you do end up going further in at some point.
Mine had sheared the vanes off the original pump after debris got inside and destroyed quite a lot of very precise parts, so I got the smashed bits out the second broken pump I had to hand that had other issues...

Watching the video it all looks fairly straightforward, I've rebuilt more complicated things in my career.

He's excellent. His videos took me through a hub rebuild on my tractor. It's a simple thing but reassuring having watched him rebuild the same thing (more or less)
