I noticed some ball joints that were listed for my car, it's a 3rg gen Surf but they were definitely for the 2nd gen and totally different if you know what to look for.

So with 40 posts what can we conclude?

I ordered a flywheel and 3 piece clutch set for my disco yesterday. All bits showing in stock, charged me around £470 delivered which is way cheaper than anyone else. Paddocks looking for nearly two hundred quid on top of that and bits not in stock. We'll see how soon they get there and if the bits fit bit as they are Luk bits I have no concerns.

best to order in bulk if you can , well ahead of time and pay the 3.99 insurance for free returns on anything you dont like

I use them a bit and had no problems, though being on mainland Europe helps. I find the reg no. look up is hopeless, though that may be more to do with Bl**dy Morgan doing parts bin raids to make cars, I just do a bit of searching to find the right part number first: the front brakes on mine are Austin Princess, rears are 1970’s Ford Transit

its pretty handy they list all the part numbers beside the brand , if you cant wait you might find what you need once youve taken the part number down..unlike ecp that wont show the number

I ordered my clutch bits a week ago today, the flywheel has arrived this morning and the rest of it in the 2nd box is showing as on the island so should be with me tomorrow morning. They used myHermes for shipping mine and the local agent is good, not sure if they use myHermes for everyone in the UK?
