to me stopper was only for minor imperfections, ie pinholes ,stone chips and smaller.very little needed.
Ýes i finally rememberedi it says 01 08 2018 but is that a production date. A sell by date. Or a use by date? LolDid you check the date on the bottom, I've been fobbed off with old stuff
The prime4 has been on for 4 days....but we might have found the issue that is causing all the problems as its related to softening it appears. That is a solvent reaction. First of all the paint application is a bit heavy and it looks like the solvents have not flashed off from the primer, or the primer is incompatible.
4 to 1 primer / hardner and 10-15% thinners sounds more like it.The prime4 has been on for 4 days....but we might have found the issue that is causing all the problems as its related to softening it appears.
It seems like the primer ration was written wrong. Its been mixed at 4 to 1 primer /thinners. With 10 to 15% hardner.
Yes after double checking on the website. It is as you say but the way it looked written by hand on the lid confused him.4 to 1 primer / hardner and 10-15% thinners sounds more like it.
They are white...like pearl.Fish eye due to silicon contamination. Could be dirt inclusion, but the tend to encapsulate the rubbish. Rip it all back to bare metal and start again, sorry.
You haven't been using any silicon/wd40/release agent at anytime during any of the prep work ?
No mate...its weird because he has tried hard to get a good result. He has had better results with a spray can.You haven't been using any silicon/wd40/release agent at anytime during any of the prep work ?
