I didn't so mine this way for number of reasons, not very good ones but reasons none the less however. The way you've suggested i think is far better as can get a decent floor slab done and it's protected from elements whilst going off
I pondered both ways, and bolting is easier-to pass off as a temporary building, though concreted in feet are easy enough to break out-if needed. For a polished floor weather permitting steel work not in the way. But as we are in an exposed location 3/4 cube of concrete under each foot and 30 cubes in the floor-its going no where.
