Mezzanine done pretty much for now, done a bit of conduit today and lights annoyingly i need 8 6ft battons but screwfix only had 6. So will have to wait for them, jobs for tommorow keep going eith lights and conduit and get floor painted.
My only current issue is shed is being powered by about 60m of extension cables because no power up here yet I've got SP putting a new 3 phase supply in but could be upto 6 months so going to have to wait patiently but plenty to do yet.

I used to think I'd love a massive workshop, but nowadays, I wouldn't. I actually like/prefer a crammed, compact workshop, for some weird reason. It also, theoretically, limits how much stuff you can collect, which can be a good thing.

I did all the pricing up between the both and for me works out far more effective and less hassle having the supply installed also was cheaper I think vs a decent silent generator..

I understand what he means, but in my case I would have dividing curtains which can be moved when needed. Dirty area, spray booth, clean warm area would be the most important.
I just need the land to build my dream workshop on, some money would come in handy too!

Silly question and one I've not really looked into, but is there a way to seal the floor, roof and wall panels without foaming?
The reason I ask is I want to put up a steel frame structure but will probably then need to take it down a few years later when moving house and I'd like a way to be able to remove the pre-insulated metal panels without them getting mashed up but also want a sealed workshop to heat with a waste oil burner.

Eves are 3m and ridge is around 4.2m from memory, let's just say my dad was a little shocked at height when I put it up haha

Many steel frame buildings are but up with out a full base. Just a block for each foot with cone bolts set in the correct positions. Once the building is up the floor is done.
