Scootopia used to do some decent replacements for Jetex, personally prefer Dellorto or Mikuni carbsMine's on sorn in the shed, 1964 Li150. I've got a front panel and some rear foot boards to replace the much welded ones but they need paint. Next year probably and I might look round for a decent carb to replace the Indian Jetex on it.
I got one given when my bike packed in it was a 150cc with a 175 wildcat conversion on it. I fell of it twice once in the wet it slid out and off I came. second time cranked it over at speed on a bend and the floor was catching the road and off again . it handled rubbish but u could wind it up and it was off the clock at 70 mphMine's on sorn in the shed, 1964 Li150. They must have had a scooter weekend at Butlins in Minehead last weekend as I passed loads of scooters heading in that direction. The social side is brilliant
A lot people are surprised at how nippy they can be, genuine 100 mph Lambrettas aren't that rare these daysI got one given when my bike packed in it was a 150cc with a 175 wildcat conversion on it.
