I watch loads of these but always wonder how they get them roadworthy,i.e.
Road legal.
I assume over here if you restore /rebuild /create a car, sometimes from two or more different vehicles it has to have an engineers report and maybe re-registered?
But what's the score with American builds?
I know some are just show cars, they only have to drive on and off a trailer, but some are sold on allegedly as road drivers, Rust Valley Restoration, Sin City Motors, Full Custom Garage ect all flog cars that seem to be used on the road.
Is America more lenient /understanding of the custom car scene?
Are the laws different in some states?
I think Rust valley is in Canada actually..
Anyway, are they all a con or do these cars actually get driven or just end up in museums, shows and private collections?
