it be the same as durafix easy weld rods . there good . as any other welding 1st time takes a bit of practice but there as good as the demo shows . ive used themHas anyone used this and is it any good or just one of these things that aren't really worth buying and just look good on the demo but are rubbish?

but to be fair to it seems to do a good job I had the pieces in my hands and it was strong also its hole plugging capability was impressive, and all this with NO flux, you just use a screwdriver or somesuch to break the oxide layer, he melted a hole 15mm dia in a sheet and fixed it with just a wipe of the screwdriver, after it cooled I battered the area with a pair of pliers and seemed just as strong !! the tee welded pieces I broke the parent ally first.
- looks like it might get someone 'out of a hole' some day though. 
Just edited the post I hadnt looked at the date but the stuff looked impressive acouple of the guys bought some (not cheap) £50 for two 'long' full arms stretch so over 2 mtrs.Wow!! Holy thread resurrection- looks like it might get someone 'out of a hole' some day though.

The promotion videos make it look easier to use than it really is.
