When you spell definitely as "definately" your spell checker changes it to "defiantly" and changes the meaning of your reply

I see had to get the wife to read that to me as they both looked the same to me but that's just my brain seeing the start of the word and filling in the blanks! the joy of being dyslexic! On the subject of carbon monoxide I did find a easy way to test the one I have for home and the camper van hold it near the Landy and start it up! Went straight up to 295ppm

My wife has the same problem with spelling, as she says, "What's the use of the checker giving you a choice when you don't know which one to pick ?"

i know that feeling! the one on apple's is quite decent but sometimes it correct words so fast that i don't realise they have been corrected so i don't know to check that the right word has been inserted. its even worse on the iPad
