I built it about 8 years ago, used and works well.
Tank is a large size propane cylinder so around 100ltrs.
240 volt single phase.
3 horse power motor.
Auto start / stop.
Runs off a 13a plug.
Wheels on one end, handle on the other.
Tank outlets are pcl female + 1/2 bsp ball valve and condensate drain valve.

I really didn't know what hp that pump would need to drive it, i bought the pump on its own from a fella who didn't know what it came off, I thought mighta been on a lorry airbrakes or something. I would have expected it would take a bit more power than 1hp when the discharge press came up to 80 -100psi.
Do you know what rpm your pump runs at? If I am keeping it I could maybe change one of the pulleys to make it run faster.

Mine has an operating pressure or 10 nar, 150psi. I think that it's rated to run at 900rpm. This is my rebuild thread

Right, interesting. Dont know where I was when you posted that one but I didn't see it. I never had this pump apart.

I havn't a clue what speed mine runs at, will check soon. I pulley'd it so it looked to run and sound like compressor speed.

Since plenty of power from 3hp I could increase the rpm if it is lower than 900rpm which @Seadog thinks is the designed rpm.

Checked today and it is running about 1300rpm. Tried to transfer video from phone to here but having difficulty.

Think I'll keep it a while yet.

Nice job on the belt guard. I see lots of old compressors on FB / eBay where people don't bother.
