heres a few pics I have collected and the Name plates for a 140. Originally the working out of the changewheels and selectors took me ages and ages. Now as suggested I bought a 127T only to find it dont fit in the train or onto the banjo, probably why harrison supplied lathes with a 63 and the chart. this is all backwards for you, I`m working Metric, wanting to cut imperial, your the other way round, but the principle will be exactly the same, if the various changewheels and leadscrew are the same. The it should be an easy test to cut a few different threads and write the results down, the reat of the selector will be realivly simple.
I have a lot of complicated information from Harrison members saying this ratio is wrong that ratio is wrong, a 63t is not a true converter. However I have cut threads using the 63T they may not be to the 10th of a thou, but a pitch guage lines up.Harrison supplied both a 63T and the chart to some lathes. I`m with them ---it must be ok. I have also read the 36 speed box is the same on both metric and Imperial lathes, so a change either way is straightforward,As I understand it the third lever selects either 20 or a 21 T gear and is left in the RH position.
Not that its any help but I have the artwork for the screwcutting information plates and this is also on the internet::https://plus.google.com/107784601559913192023/posts/UkdFSF2yrFP--- should you have wished to print a copy off.
Double boost starts making a 63T about in Sunday night night caps 83 part 3, 90 part one and on through 92 etc
Regards
Stan
