I want a real test, I would somehow affix them to the bottom of a vehicle, preferably behind a tire
for maximum exposure.
For the tests to be fair, I want to put different products on the same piece of steel, which I will acid dip first. I will have to fix them behind the rear bumper, but facing forward. The only thing with this, is that the ones nearer the outside, and nearer the wheels, will get slightly more wear and tear.
TBH, I don't see any of these products lasting very long taking the blast or water and grit directly behind a wheel. Only some sort of paint coating will stand that.
I put the others on the field, which is on an exposed hillside, directly facing the sun, but it always get a good battering from the wind and rain ...... ice and snow if we get any here.
At the moment though, I don't have any of my favourite Bilt Hamber S50, so will have to wait a bit.
