Do you find those pourers actually work
I have a couple and they just glug away slowly as no provision for air to get into the Jerry can.

I'm gobsmacked I never thought of looking for those seals.
The seal on mine fell off and was lost years ago, and I jerry-rigged a piece of thin rubber tube into the retaining well, but it's always been a beggar to fit the spout as the tube is thicker than the gasket. It works well enough, held in place with something like epoxy, but I'm not exactly sure what it was.
If you could inform me where the seals are to be got, I'd be grateful.
Another gripe with jerry cans, is the lack of standardisation of them - sure, they all look the same, but the different makes all seem to have different spouts, with slightly different fittings, and one won't fit another, which can catch you out.
Ta; it saves me from the mistake of buying cheap ones that don't last.
