I got one of these in the end.

None of the local screwfix had the BG one I linked to before.
The large square end wouldn't fit in the newlec rcd so I used a run of the smaller pins. The Newlec rcd didn't seem to let the pins go in as deep as the Hager mcb's so I trimmed the top of the pin into the rcd so the busbar could sit level and fully inserted into each terminal.
It's all working, all tight, a bit tidier. Took a look with my thermal camera and no untoward heat anywhere so I think all good.
