Give the guy a break!just read this. Why on earth haven’t you got a proper bottle of gas yet?
You seem to spend much time on the web looking at stuff and posting videos.
Your on a course that you’ve payed for
Your wanting to be a welder fabricator
You give advice to folk making enquires
Your wanting to learn welding
Forget reading the internet and stop messing about with stupid modifications
Dinse connectors, return leads, longer cables and a new swan neck ain’t gonna do nothing for your welding
I cannot believe your serious about learning to weld and still prattling around with disposable gas cylinders
Go get a proper bottle of gas
WTF
Edit : I’m sorry to be so harsh but for someone who’s just starting to learn you seem to be giving a lot of advice, this thread included.
Take some advice from the much YouTube you watch. Get proper gas and play..
I’m only a hobbiest and do all my welding with a pub CO2 bottle. It’s not the best but it does all I need
I’ve read every one of his advice posts and if there was anything to seriously say his advice is bad or going to have negative effect I’d of called him out myself long before now. You do not need to be a pro welder to offer opinion or advice. I agree disposables are a waste of money and I’ve said it myself in this thread but again it doesn’t mean the guy can’t make suggestions on whether he thinks a welder is any good or not.
We can’t just follow someone’s threads around and bash them at every opportunity mate.
