I would expect the compressor to work but the generator may cough a bit when the compressor starts

it also depends on the quality of the generator, some of the cheaper ones are a bit optimistic on their output figures

Theoretically if your welder is working off a 13amp plug then it could work but transformer migs tend to have a high inrush current which will make the generator stumble as would welding thicker stuff

You could potentially get a better answer if you give details such as make and model of the various devices

A genuine honda 3.75kva or a Chinese 3.75kva ? there's a large difference

Mig or Compressor highly unlikely.
3.75kva is probably 3kva normal peak, so 2.4kw.
A 2.4kw with a 6.5hpi-sh engine will make a noise like a pig swallowing half a cabbage trying to start the compressor, while it might (MIGHT) maybe let you run the welder at say 50A.... but it might not

No chance with the welder, either the welder wont function properly or else the generator will be maxed out and die very quickly.

The Chinese generators with 13 hp GX390 clones that claim 8 kw wont run a welder either in my experience, if they do then you are crossing all your fingers it doesnt burn out before you finish the job.

Which is why a proper welder generator costs £2000.
