29.4v 2amp charger or ideas how to charge with out one

I have a 36v Li-Ion cordless strimmer that I found, but no charger. I opened the battery pack and soldered a jumper wire so that I can charge it in two "halves" from an 18v power tool charger.


Charge each cell separately.
That could be done, using jumper wires from something like this:

but with 7 or maybe 8 cells that would be tedious.

Are there any markings on the bike or battery to show what the voltages should be? I have a couple of electric bikes :
36volt, fully charged is 41.5v, cuts out when it falls to 31.5v
24volt - same idea but I don't remember the actual voltages, fully charged is near 30? fully drained is just under 20?
The chargers are simple 2 wire connections not like remote control toys with 5+ connections on the charger.

A battery I have that is labeled 37v is a 10x4 arrangement of 18650 type cells , so 10 series wired groups of 4x cells in parallel , 37v is the nominal or midway voltage. Flat is 30 and full charge is 42v (approximately , mileage may vary and all that )

(Individual cell voltages 3v flat, 4.2v full)

The battery "should" have some form of balance and protection circuitry in it.

all i know on the bottem of the scooter it says 29.4v 2amp and that is the same as the chargers online on there web site

update for all the cheap charger that was post by @eddie49

has turned up and charged the scooter so its up and running for the small cost of £20 quid the kids already had that moneys worth out of it so keep it a few months then sell on to recoupe the £20 and the kids had loads a fun for a bit of work
