Sometimes trip the one in the main unit and sometimes trips the one in the piggy backed unit.just tried the compressor and does the same.welder works fine on the 3 pin plug
Breakers are all c typewhat are the breakers are they a b type 16 amp and its the mcb,s that are tripping or the rcd my welder and 110 transformer will take out a b type mcb on start up needs changing to c type to stop the inrush current
It’s a sealey 170amp,but the same happens with compressor aswell,so must be my wiringis the welder transformer based
I will post a pic shortlydoes the welder work in a low setting ?
what compresser is it have you got a pic of the plate on the compresser so we can see the power it will be taking
might be worth taking the covers off the fuse boxes and posting a pic so we can cheak the wiring
also post a pic of the plate off the welder as well

which breaker? mcb or rcb/rcbo?
Is it tripping the MCB or RCD?

if its your job luck dont enter in to it
Some times you get lucky and get things right
