That’s a hefty cut to be doing on a turret mill. Light cuts are probably making it worse.
The way to decrease chatter is more feed, less speed. So bigger cuts, slower spindle speed, faster feed or a combination of all three. Unfortunately turret mills aren’t the most rigid.
More clampage will help stop a little chatter too and obviously stop it moving about.
