It's the Cricut I bought a year ago, it doesn't get much use but when you need it, it gets the job done!

I’m not sure about Allegro but you could definitely get a TR7, Stag or 1275GT in this colour.

Continuing the fuel cap.


A lump of aluminium rounded off in the band saw.



Made rounder, it went on a diet and some threads cut.



Flipped over and the top side machined.



Mounting holes drilled and countersunk on the little mill.





The finished article. Just need a viton o ring and to machine the inner threaded ring.
As I have a big sheet of 4mm teflon I may try machining the seal out of a bit of it.

Yep, I painted a Stag that colour back in the early 90's.

I’ve seen it on Minis but Java Green seems to have been much more popular on Triumphs.

Not all made today, but tested the Lowrider 4 CNC gantry....on the kitchen table



It's going to be a ⅔ sheet size (1.2m x 1.8m)..gantry is 1.22m travel.

Thurs I went to uncles garden to tidy a bit. Large amount of ivy trimmed, small ash tree down and everything cut into garden waste bags

The neighbours apple is now recognisable as one however its a poor example. I think next time I will side it up hard to the boundry. Theres quite a few old stumps that I need go dig out next time.

Half an hour! It was a bloody long day. Left Sussex about 10am to north London then home at half 9 to find "dinner" had been misrepresented, I was lucky the Chinese was still open and had a very good Szecuan beef!
