Anyone got a bargain from cash converters?

I came across cash converters website/webshop today. Their tool prices seem to be very high when postage added. Anyone had any bargains?

The odd time I looked in a cash converters shop, some of the second hand stuff was dearer than you could buy it new. I think you can get items on the drip feed, that's the only reason I can see anyone would buy anything from them

There is only cash convertors that get a bargain, pay people peanuts for their stuff and sell on for silly prices

A mate calls in to the one in town after work everyday. He's picked up a few bargins; PCs, camera stuff etc

A friend of mine had a result there a couple of weeks ago, he recovered some of the watch and jewellery collection that had been taken in a burglary at his home while he was on holiday...

I'm sure some of the power tools there, still belong to the sellers employers! Some of which looked like 110 volt contractors sort of kit, not the sort of stuff Mr Average has spare.

Sounds about right I used to look in the shop in Lewisham most of the cameras and lenses were ancient and over priced, all the tools were priced the same and mostly filthy 110V kit that looked like it had just come off a site.

Few years ago, I was in there when they gave some scrote £15 for a full set of ping golf clubs. They must have known they were stolen ?

The only time I have been in cash converters was years ago, I was looking for sea fishing gear. Everything I looked at was total garbage. Never been back in
